Will we walk into a depraved and a lost world with emblems of the lost world or the Cross of the Victorious Christ? Will we seek relevance to the world we preach to at the cost of Presenting The Crucified Christ and truly bring lost souls to the saving knowledge? Will we bow this low to the depravity of the human nature? Is Christ alone, Still the hope of our salvation, efficacious call and thence salvation?

Today, the church is still called the conscience of the society. Rightfully, the church appears to many as the only hope for a world that is shifting goals on morality and ethics. The church has managed through the years to keep a clear and sober vigilance in terms of absolutism and remaining the light of the world. Matt : 16

This seemingly seems to be drifting off the right track and men and women have interpreted Romans 12: 1 -2 (Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God–this is your spiritual act of worship. 2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.) to suit their own agenda and embrace complacence compromise the truth of Gods truth.

Mortal men who have thought themselves as wise by their own standards have presented very awkward ways of presenting the truth that makes people wise unto salvation. The first estate have thought it of dire necesity to present a weak Christianity that will use the secular posters and emblems to trap their hearers in grace. We are treated to the thought that we will bring people to the knowledge of Christs’ saving grace by using the same thing that the youths and the rest of the secular world is treated to.

Paul understood that he will not win men to the presence of Gods’ love through his own wisdom.(1st Corinthians 2: 1, When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence or superior wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. 2 For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. 3 I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling. 4 My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, 5 so that your faith might not rest on men’s wisdom, but on God’s power.)

God does not beg of us to persuade people into a shallow relationship that that is offering an alternative to the lost. God tells us that Christ is not just an option but THE way, THE truth and THE life. Jesus does not call this people to an alternative that the can try and probably find helpful. Bluntly, Jesus will not need the depravity in this world to assist Him bring men to His Knowledge. On the contrary, He bids us to lift up His name and he will draw men to Himself. (John 12: 32, And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.)
We are now getting to another gospel that we need to sympathize and entice people through secular roles and emblems to bring men to Christ. The most important emblem that the lost soul need in their lives is actually the Cross of Christ and not nude women and romantic positions. Men will be drawn from their pits of destitute through The power of the Holy Spirit and shall come to know and love their savior with all their hearts.

We must no longer go to the world in emblems and logo’s of the world as Aliens in this land, We must walk into the depraved world with the emblem of the Cross held high and trust that the power of Christ. It is a carnal mind that still bears the thought that we should become like the world in order to win the world to God. We must present the Love of Christ to the lost souls and point them to their true hope and savior and forget the ways that lead us towards conformation and complacence. The thought that there is something that will bring people to the church so as to trap them to hear the real gospel is a naive thought that seeks justification at the cost of Christ alone who calls, saves and seals through His Holy Spirit for the day of redemption…
